Worksheets and Writing Paper from Billy Bear 4 Kids. There are some sweet early worksheets here - a very useful blank page (with lines drawn for little children), practice patterns, a page for each letter individually and one for the whole alphabet. There is also one for numbers. Further down the page there are lots of themed blank writing pages which you could use for practice throughout the year as
appropriate.

Young children and their parents may already know the BoohBahs. This site has lots of fun activities for little computer-users and not a word of explanation - they have to work out what to do. "It's magic!" says the Vaultman.

Lots of downloadable resources for using ICT with early years children. Veronica Carter , the school's EY Co-ordinator (some of whose work is already in our Resources Vault) has collected materials prepared by herself and her colleagues. Most of the materials are MS Powerpoint files and cover Numeracy, Literacy, Technology and Science. Many of the resources here could be adapted to use with older children.
Children's Mathematics Network
CMN is an international, non-profit-making organisation for teachers, practitioners, students, researchers and teacher educators working with children in the birth-8 year age range. They focus on children's mathematical graphics and the meanings children make. Fascinating and well worth a look. (Oh, and it's a site that ICTeachers built!)

This kidsafe site has animated storybooks based on the character Tiger Aki. Also, educational games e.g. that encourage children to tell the time, solve puzzles etc. Aimed atr 2-7 year olds.

This is an independent site which promotes pre-school education and provides free learning resources, practical information and help to all early years practitioners and parents. The site also has resources for use with under fives.
